Your documents, with answers and proof
Stop searching. Ask.
Put your contracts, receipts, reports and bills in one place. Findy organizes everything on its own — and answers any question with the exact passage from your document, highlighted. Every answer comes with a receipt.
The hunt · 11pm, due tomorrow
The right file exists. And still it's gone.
Your documents live in four places at once — email, WhatsApp, Drive, Downloads — under names nobody understands. Every time someone needs one right now, the hunt begins.
Everything you try
Email · 10:47 PM
The accountant — “Send me the invoice.”
WhatsApp · 10:58 PM
The landlord — “What did the adjustment clause say?”
SMS · 11:03 PM
The school — “The payment receipt is missing.”
Reminder · 11:09 PM
The doctor — “Bring your latest test results.”
Ctrl+F only helps after you've opened the right file. Findy asks the whole pile at once.
Zero management
Drop it here. Forget it.
Dump the whole mess. Findy gives every file a human title, a summary, the key dates, a category and an issuer. No folders, no tags, nothing for you to touch.
What you drop what it becomes
You're not disorganized. Filing documents is just a miserable job.
Nothing gets deleted: it catalogs and keeps. You're the one who stops managing.
See it work
Ask the way you talk. It finds by meaning.
…the rent shall be adjusted annually for inflation, per the index accumulated over the previous 12 months…
Notice: you never typed “adjusted” or “accumulated”. It found it by meaning.
Understands what you meant
Finds the concept even in other words — the way you actually talk.
Finds the literal term
The number, the name, the clause — when they matter to the letter.
Ctrl+F finds the word. Findy finds what you meant.
It reads scans too.
A PDF straight off the scanner, a photo inside a PDF, a loose picture of paper — it all becomes searchable text.
Answers with a receipt
Don't trust. Verify.
Every assistant returns a confident paragraph. Almost none shows where it came from. Findy flips the logic: it doesn't ask you to believe — it gives you the way to check.
One line of answer, one line of proof. Without a passage to back it, it makes no claim.
“Your insurance expires in March 2027.”
“It expires on March 12, 2027.”
An answer without a source is a well-dressed guess. Findy hands you the receipt.
Your personal vault
Your documents are yours alone.
Findy holds documents from your life — so privacy isn't a footer section, it's part of the product.
Only you see yoursOwner isolation holds inside the search itself: the system has no way to return another account's document.
Stored encryptedYour files sit in private, encrypted cloud storage (AWS); nothing is public.
Errors that don't leakError messages never expose your document's content — not even in internal logs.
Deleted means deletedDelete any document anytime — it goes away with everything extracted from it. And you can delete your whole account right in the app: everything is erased, permanently.
To read and organize your files, Findy uses an AI service (Google Gemini) — for that and nothing else. Findy does not use your documents to train AI models — and Gemini's processing is governed by Google's API terms.

Straight questions, straight answers.
Who can see my documents?
Only you. Each account is an isolated vault: ownership is checked inside the search itself, so a document can't surface for someone else even by accident. The Findy team doesn't browse your files.
Do you use my documents to train AI?
No. Findy uses an AI service (Google Gemini) only to read, summarize and index what you upload — and doesn't use your documents to train AI models. Gemini's processing is governed by Google's API terms. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
What if the AI makes something up?
That's what the receipt is for. Every answer comes with the file, the page and the exact passage highlighted — you check it at the source. Without a passage to back it, it makes no claim. And your original documents stay untouched, always.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. You can delete any document anytime — the file and everything extracted from it (text, summary, index) go together. And you can delete your entire account yourself, in the app (Account → Delete account): everything is erased, permanently — your files, the extracted data and the account itself. If you'd rather ask, the contact in our Privacy Policy handles deletion requests too.
What files can I upload?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, HTML and images (JPG, PNG) — up to 25 MB each. Scanned PDFs and photos of documents work too: Findy transcribes them and makes everything searchable.
How much does it cost?
Nothing, for now. Findy is in its early days and free for everyone joining now. If that ever changes, you'll hear about it first — no surprises.
Where are my files stored?
In private, encrypted storage on the AWS cloud, reachable only through your account. Nothing is public, nothing is shared between accounts.
